To fix “Something went wrong” in FIFA 23, you need to sign in to the EA website.

After you’ve signed in to the EA website, accept the terms and conditions and restart FIFA 23.

Here’s how to do this:

  1. Go to https://www.ea.com/.
  2. Click on the profile icon > Sign In.
  3. Select PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, or other sign-in options (depending on the platform that you’re playing the game on).
  4. Accept the terms and conditions with EA.
  5. Restart FIFA 23 and the error should be fixed.
