How to use the console in Space Journey X

1. Open File Explorer and open the “SpaceJourneyX” file.
2. Go to SpaceJourneyX\renpy\common.
3. Open the “00console.rpy” file with Notepad.
4. Press CTRL + F and search for “config.console = False”.
5. Change it to “config.console = True”.
6. Select “File” and select “Save” at the top.
7. Launch Space Journey X and load/start a new game.
8. Press SHIFT + O on your keyboard to open the console.
9. Type a console command and press Enter to use it!

Space Journey X console commands

1. Set the amount of money you have
GAME.money = X

2. Control the hour of the day
GAME.hour = X

3. Modify installed systems
subSys[SYSTEM_NAME][ROW][COLUMN] = X

Possible values for each variable:
SYSTEM_NAME: “cargo”, “engines”, “hyperdrive”, “launcher”, “mining”, “shields”, “uplink”, “weapons”
ROW: 1, 2, 3
COLUMN: 1, 2, 3, 4

4. Manage crewmate stress/energy:

5. Give yourself items
