To fix stuck on loading screen in Oblivion Remastered, you must run the game as an administrator.

You can also try turning on/off Big Picture Mode or turning off the Steam overlay.

Fix 1: Run the game as an administrator

1. Go to your Steam library.
2. Right-click “Oblivion Remastered” and select “Properties”.
3. Select “Installed Files” and select “Browse”.
4. Right-click “OblivionRemastered.exe” and select “Properties”.
5. Select “Compatibility” > tick “Run this program as an administrator” > Apply > OK.
