How to get

  1. Go to the Badger structure and view the list of required badges (this list is visible once you have Outsider).
  2. Obtain all 9 badges shown on Badger:
    • Green Hill Zone’s Secret!
    • So Close!!
    • Cook
    • Standard Complete
    • You Win
    • Secret Egg
    • Super Secret Gift of ice
    • Secret Tunnel
    • Secret!
  3. After you have all 9, return to Secret Universe and the secret will be awarded.

Explanation

Task Master is a meta-collection secret: instead of solving a single puzzle, you must obtain every badge displayed on the Badger structure (9 total). The secret is linked to the Weather Machine and has a rating of 499.
