  6. Delete both the “Bsglauncher” and the “Escape from Tarkov” folders.
  7. Select the “AppData” tab on the address bar.
  8. Open the “LocalLow” folder.
  9. Open the “Battlestate games” folder.
  10. Open the “EscapeFromTarkov” folder.
  11. Delete both the “player.log” and the “player-prev.log” text documents.
  12. Select the “AppData” tab on the address bar.
  13. Open the “Local” folder.
  14. Open the “Battlestate games” folder.
  15. Open the “BsgLauncher” folder.
  16. Delete both the “Cefcache” and the “Logs” folders.
  17. Try launching Escape from Tarkov again.
