Fix 1: Enable UEFI and TPM 2.0
- Restart your PC and press the BIOS key (e.g. F2 or DEL).
- Boot > Boot Mode > UEFI.
- Security > Set Supervisor Password > Enter New Password (e.g. 123).
- Security > Change TPM (TCM) State > Enabled.
- Exit > Exit Saving Changes > Yes.
Note #1: The BIOS key is different for every system—you can check the correct key by searching for “BIOS key for x” on Google (e.g. BIOS key for Acer laptop).

- For Alienware, Inspiron, and Vostro, go to Secure Boot > change Secure Boot to Enabled > press F10 to save and exit.
- For OptiPlex, Precision, Wyse, and XPS, go to Secure Boot > Secure Boot Enable > Check Secure Boot Enable > Apply > Exit > Save.
