Once you’re there, make your way to the center of the airport terminal into a waiting area.

While you’re heading to the waiting area, you’ll pass a couple of vending machines.

The duffel bag is located at the end of the second row of seats.

  1. Go to Al Malik Airport.
  2. Go to the center of the Airport and go to the waiting area.

When you unlock the bag, you’ll get some cash, a first-edition comic book, and another key.

The key is obtained at random from enemy AI drops, the HVT contract, and loot containers.
