How to solve the Ancient Temple puzzle 32 in Treasure of Nadia:

1. Move the Push Block right 3.
2. Push the lower left Slider down and then left.
3. Move the Push Block right 1.
4. Push the lower right Slider down, left, and then up.
5. Push the bottom Slider up.
6. Pick up the top Bomb.
7. Blow up the Blow Me by the Slider.
8. Pick up the Bomb.
9. Blow up the Blow Me that is to the right of the Bomb.
10. Push the top right Slider right.
11. Push the Slider below the Slider you just moved left.
12. Pick up the remaining Bombs.
13. Blow up one of the three Radioactive blocks by the Red Flasher to access it.
14. Press the Red Flasher.
15. Press the Blue Flasher.
16. Blow up the top Radioactive block that is blocking the exit.
17. Open the chest to get a Grand Talisman.
