  6. Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8
  7. Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4
  8. MTU settings: Automatic.
  9. Proxy server: Do not use.

Fix 4: Rebuild PlayStation database

  2. Press and hold the power button on your console for 7 seconds (until you hear two beeps).
  3. Connect your controller to your console using a USB cable and press the PlayStation button.
