- Complete “Through Mist of Smoke”.
- Complete “Forests Dark”.
- Complete “The Morn a Thousand Roses Brings”.
- Complete “Corps of Thirty Recruitment”.
After you’ve completed all of the quests above, you’ll unlock Sumeru Commissions.
In “Corps of Thirty Recruitment”, you’ll talk to Effendi and he’ll show you Sumeru quests.
Claim the rewards and select the icon at the bottom left.
Selecting the icon at the bottom left will open the “Reputation Reward (Sumeru)” page.
Now, you’ll be able to see a list of rewards by level that you can claim.
The level 10 reward is “Wings of the Forest”, a stylized wind glider gifted as a mark of Sumeru’s acknowledgment and recognition.
