Once you’re there, go to the US Embassy icon and unlock one of its entrances.

Here’s how to find/get to the location (expand the screenshots above):

  1. Go to the center of Al Mazrah City.
  2. Go to the US Embassy icon.

The US Embassy has multiple entrances, but they all lead to the same place.

Hence, you can use the embassy’s key to unlock any of its entrances.

The key is obtained at random from enemy AI drops, the HVT contract, and loot containers.
