To solve the Valley of the Titans Medallion Puzzle in Path of Exile 2, you must find the Kabala Clan Relic and the Sun Clan Relic.
The Kabala Clan Relic can be obtained from a random enemy drop in Keth.
The Sun Clan Relic can be obtained from a random enemy drop in Bone Pits.
Once you’ve obtained both relics, return to the Valley of the Titans’ waypoint and drag and drop the relics inside the medallion.
Then, choose between two buffs—30% increased Charm Charges gained or 15% increased Mana Recovery from Flasks.
