Explanation

Where’s Waldo is a multi-stage secret designed around rejoining and dimension traversal, creating the illusion that Waldo is constantly moving between realities.

After all encounters are completed, it is revealed that Waldo was never Waldo at all, but Keith the entire time. The secret is linked to Keith’s Chair and has a rating of 999.
