Tower of Fantasy has a lot of bosses that you can slay for drops.
The bosses are Mimir, Okka, The Fanatic, and more.
Some bosses have rare drops which can be combined with other items to create something.
However, rare drops can have a drop rate of 1% and below.
Hence, it can take several hours to get the drop that you want.
A monster that you can defeat is Otto in ToF.
You may need to defeat them for a mission or for a drop.

Wildwing Otto Location in Tower of Fantasy
Wildwing Otto Locations in Tower of Fantasy (go inside the blue portals):
- Location 1: West of Ring Arena (138.1, -290.0): Go inside the blue portal and go to the south floating platform.
- Location 2: South of Ring Arena (185.5, -225.5): Go inside the blue portal and glide towards the east floating platform.
- Location 3: East of Base Zero (253.7, 88.9),
- Location 4: South of Eyrie (-101.9, 258.9): Go east > go inside the blue portal and glide southeast towards the floating platform.
- Location 5: West of Base Zero (-44.0, 12.9): Go inside the blue portal on top of a giant pipeline and go to the north floating platform.
Wildwing Otto is a monster with pink wings.
It wields a spear and fights while flying.
It spawns randomly in multiple different locations.
You can find Otto by going inside the blue portals in the west/south of Ring Arena, south of Eyrie, and east/west of Base Zero.
It can be found flying on the floating platforms in these areas.
There are other monsters in the same areas like Ravager Flying Elites.
If you still can’t find it, try changing your channel to a less crowded one.
Otto is quite difficult to defeat because it has high HP and armor.
After you’ve defeated it, you’ll get the “Otto” achievement.
You’ll also receive EXP as a reward.
