To withdraw money from Crypto.com to your bank account, you need to sell a cryptocurrency first.
After you’ve sold a cryptocurrency, add a bank account, and you’ll be able to withdraw the fiat currency.
Keep in mind that different countries have different withdrawal methods.
For example, if you’re living in the US, you can withdraw money to your US bank account.
For US customers, you can make a withdrawal via ACH, TUSD, and PAX.
However, you need to add your bank account first.
On the other hand, if you’re living in Singapore, you can only deposit money into StraitsX (previously known as the Xfers Wallet).

Here’s how to withdraw money from Crypto.com to your bank account:
- Open Crypto.com and tap on the logo
- Select “Crypto Wallet”
- Select a cryptocurrency to sell
- Tap on “Sell”
- Enter the amount of crypto to sell
- Confirm that you want to sell
- Tap anywhere to continue
- Tap on the logo
- Select “Fiat Wallet”
- Tap on “Transfer”
- Tap on “Withdraw”
- Select a currency
- Enter the amount of money to withdraw
- Confirm that you want to withdraw
- Wait for 3 to 5 business days
1. Open Crypto.com and tap on the logo
Note: Skip to step #8 if you already have fiat currency in your fiat wallet that you want to withdraw.
Firstly, you need to open the Crypto.com app.
Next, log in to your account if you haven’t already.
Once you’re on the app, you need to navigate to your crypto wallet.
To do so, tap on the logo on the bottom navigation bar.
2. Select “Crypto Wallet”
After you’ve tapped on the logo, the menu will open.
On the menu, you’ll see multiple options.
This includes “Crypto Wallet”, “Track”, “Fiat Wallet”, and more.
Tap on “Crypto Wallet” to go to your crypto wallet.
3. Select a cryptocurrency to sell
After you’ve tapped on “Crypto Wallet”, your crypto wallet will open.
Now, you’ll see a list of cryptocurrencies that you own and their balances.
Before you can withdraw money from Crypto.com to your bank account, you need to sell a cryptocurrency.
Then, you’ll be able to withdraw fiat to your bank account.
To begin with, tap on the cryptocurrency that you want to sell (e.g. Bitcoin).
4. Tap on “Sell”
After you’ve tapped on the cryptocurrency that you want to sell (e.g. Bitcoin), you’ll see 3 options.
This includes “Buy”, “Sell”, and “Transfer”.
The “Buy” option allows you to buy the cryptocurrency while the “Transfer” option allows you to send the cryptocurrency to another wallet.
Since you’re looking to sell the cryptocurrency for a fiat currency, tap on “Sell”.
5. Enter the amount of crypto to sell
After you’ve tapped on “Sell”, you’ll land on the selling page.
The selling page contains 3 tabs including “Crypto Wallet”, “Card Wallet”, and “Fiat Wallet”.
Firstly, tap on “Fiat Wallet” to start selling the cryptocurrency for a fiat currency.
Secondly, enter the amount of cryptocurrency (e.g. Bitcoin) that you want to sell.
Above the number pad, you’ll see the available balance of the cryptocurrency.
If you want to sell all of it, you can tap on “Max”.
Thirdly, select the fiat currency that you want to get.
For example, if you live in the UK, select “GBP”.
Lastly, tap on the “Sell” button to sell the cryptocurrency for the fiat currency that you’ve selected.
6. Confirm that you want to sell
After you’ve tapped on “Sell”, you’ll land on the confirmation page.
On the confirmation page, you’ll see the amount, rate, fee, method, and total cost of the cryptocurrency (e.g. Bitcoin).
Tap on “Confirm” to sell the cryptocurrency.
7. Tap anywhere to continue
After you’ve tapped on “Confirm”, you’ll land on the completion page.
On the completion page, you’ll see the amount of cryptocurrency that you’ve sold.
Tap anywhere on your screen to continue.
8. Tap on the logo
Now that you’ve sold a cryptocurrency for fiat money, you’ll be able to withdraw it to your bank account.
Firstly, go back to the home page of the Crypto.com app.
Once you’re on the home page, tap on the logo on the bottom navigation bar.
9. Select “Fiat Wallet”
After you’ve tapped on the logo, the menu will open.
On the menu, you’ll see multiple options.
This includes “Crypto Wallet”, “Track”, “Fiat Wallet”, and more.
Tap on “Fiat Wallet” to open your fiat wallet.
10. Tap on “Transfer”
After you’ve tapped on “Fiat Wallet”, you’ll land on your fiat wallet.
On your fiat wallet, you’ll see a list of fiat currencies that you own and their balances.
You’ll also see 3 options including “Buy Crypto”, “Sell Crypto”, and “Transfer”.
To start withdrawing money to your bank account, tap on “Transfer”.
11. Tap on “Withdraw”
After you’ve tapped on “Transfer”, you’ll be given two options.
This includes “Deposit” and “Withdraw”.
Since you’re looking to withdraw money from Crypto.com to your bank account, tap on “Withdraw”.
12. Select a currency
After you’ve tapped on “Withdraw”, you need to select the fiat currency that you want to withdraw to your bank account.
For example, if you live in the UK, select “British Pound”.
On the other hand, if you live in Europe, select “Euro”.
13. Enter the amount of money to withdraw
After you’ve selected the fiat currency that you want to withdraw (e.g. GBP), you’ll land on the withdrawal page.
On the withdrawal page, you need to enter the amount of money that you want to withdraw and select a bank account.
Firstly, enter the amount of money that you want to withdraw.
If you want to withdraw all of your money, tap on “Max” above the number pad.
Do note that the minimum withdrawal limit is $100 USD.
Secondly, select the bank account that you want to send the money to.
If you haven’t added a bank account yet, you’ll see an “Add Bank Account” option.
Tap on the “Add Bank Account” option and follow the on-screen instructions to add your bank account.
For example, if you’re using SoFi, select “SoFi”, enter your credentials, enter the 2-factor authentication code, select the account that you want to add, and you’re all set!
After you’ve added your bank account, tap on “Withdraw”.
14. Confirm that you want to withdraw
After you’ve tapped on “Withdraw”, you’ll land on the confirmation page.
On the confirmation page, you’ll see your withdrawal details.
This includes the amount, fee, and where you’re withdrawing to.
It also includes the withdrawal method and processing time.
Tap on “Confirm” to confirm the withdrawal.
15. Wait for 3 to 5 business days
After you’ve tapped on “Confirm”, you’ll land on the “Your request is pending for review” page.
The withdrawal process typically takes 3 to 5 business days to complete.
Crypto.com will notify you of its status via email and push notifications.
You’ve successfully withdrawn money from Crypto.com to your bank account!
Conclusion
Do note that you won’t be able to add your bank account in some countries or states.
For example, bank accounts linked to a New York address cannot be added.
In addition, bank accounts that do not support ACH transfers cannot be added.
If you’re living in Singapore, you need can only withdraw money to StraitsX.
