  • Fix 1 (SBC): Buy the card that you want evo (again) > put the player into an SBC > evolve it.
  • Fix 2 (Discard): Discard the card > buy the card > evolve it.
  • Fix 3 (Support): Go to EA FC 24 Help > Select “I’m missing my Items or Packs” > Email/Chat option > Log in to your EA account > Email/Chat with support.

Note: According to a thread on EA Answers HQ, EA_Pulsar (an official community manager) stated that the issue is being looked into as soon as possible by their team, so you need to wait for an update if you can’t fix the issue yourself.
