Fix 1: Clear persistent storage

  1. Press the Xbox button and scroll to your profile icon.

  3. Persistent storage > Clear perisistnent storage.

Fix 2: Turn on QoS taggings

  1. Press the Xbox button and scroll to your profile icon.

  4. Enable “DSCP tagging” and “WMM tagging”.
  5. Select “Restart now” followed by “Restart now” again.

  2. Settings > General > Network settings.
  3. Advanced settings > Alternate MAC address > Clear.
  4. Select “Restart” to apply the change.

Fix 4: Change DNS settings

  1. Press the Xbox button and scroll to your profile icon.
  2. Settings > General > Network settings.
  3. Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual.
  4. Primary IPv4 DNS: 8.8.8.8.
  5. Secondary IPv4 DNS: 8.8.4.4.
