- Go to the “Jellyfish” trapped in a seaweed.
- Take the abilities of the nearby Xenochromatic Hunter’s Ray.
- Align yourself to the two glowing seaweed nodes.
- Use the Hunter Ray’s slicing wave to cut the seaweed to save “Bighead”.
After you’ve saved Bighead, your next objective is to follow the children.
Then, you’ll need to capture Lil’ Rascal by catching the group thrice.
