Here’s how to check your time wasted on LoL:

  1. Launch League of Legends and go to your profile.
  2. Copy your username and tag from your profile.
  3. Go to https://wol.gg/ and paste your username + tag.
  4. Select your region (e.g. NA) and select “How much time I wasted on LOL?”.
  5. Check your time played under the “Since year” section!
