How to Add Music to Instagram Notes

Instagram Notes is a feature that allows users to share their thoughts using text and emojis.

Notes are short posts limited to 60 characters and can be shared with followers or people on the Close Friends list.

The notes appear at the top of recipients’ inboxes for 24 hours, and replies are received as direct messages.

This lightweight and casual feature provides a spontaneous way for users to express themselves and initiate conversations.

Recently, Instagram introduced the Music feature for Notes, which allows users to add songs to their Notes.

When you add music to your Notes, users will be able to see the title of it.

In this guide, you’ll learn how to get or add music to your Instagram Notes to show your followers what you’re listening to.

What is the Music feature on Instagram Notes?

The Music feature on Instagram Notes allows you to add a song (30-second duration) to your Notes.

You can share it with your followers that you follow back or your close friends.

These users will be able to see the title of the song that you’ve added.

The privacy setting is set to “Follows you follow back” by default.

Previously, you can only add text and emojis to your Notes.
