To find the Ancient Ruin treasure chest in Path of Exile 2, you must go to the Cemetery of Eternals.
Once you’re there, break the sarcophagus and pick up everything it drops.
This includes rings, gold, and other items from the sarcophagus.
If you don’t pick up everything, it will not trigger completion.
