How to Change the Time of the Day to Night in Hogwarts Legacy

Hogwarts Legacy is an open-world RPG game in the Harry Potter world.

You can explore familiar and new locations, discover magical beasts, and customize your character.

You can also craft potions, learn spell casting, upgrade talents, and become a master wizard.

As a student, you hold the key to an ancient secret that can tear the world apart.

Battle dark wizards, make allies and choose the fate of the wizarding world.

In this quick guide, you’ll learn how to change the time of the day to night or day in Hogwarts Legacy.

How to change the time of the day to night in Hogwarts Legacy

To change the time of the day to night in Hogwarts Legacy, you need to open the Hogwarts Map.

After you’ve opened the map, select “Wait” at the bottom of the screen, and select “Yes”.

Here’s how to do this (expand the screenshots above):

  1. Open the world map (press the touchpad for PlayStation).
  2. Open Hogwarts Map.
  3. Select “Wait” at the bottom of the screen (R3 for PlayStation).
  4. Select “Yes” (X for PlayStation).

After you’ve selected “Yes”, the game will change from day to night or night to day.

Some quests require the time to be at night while others require it to be in the morning.

For example, completing the “Ghost of our love” quest requires it to be in the day.

Either way, you can change the in-game time by selecting the “Wait” option.
