How to Convert Crypto on Crypto.com

To convert crypto on Crypto.com, you need to sell the crypto (e.g. BTC) and select the crypto that you want to convert to (e.g. CRO).

Then, the crypto that you’ve converted to will be sent to your crypto wallet.

You can check your conversion history by navigating to your crypto wallet.

To navigate to your crypto wallet, tap on “Accounts”, tap on “Crypto Wallet”, and tap on the crypto that you’ve converted to (e.g. CRO).

After you’ve tapped on the crypto that you’ve converted to (e.g. CRO), you’ll land on your CRO wallet.

On your CRO wallet, scroll down and you’ll be able to see your transaction history including your past conversions.

  2. Tap on “Sell”
  3. Select the crypto that you want to convert
  4. Select the crypto that you want to convert to
  5. Confirm the conversion

1. Open the Crypto.com app and tap on “Trade”

Firstly, you need to open the Crypto.com app and log in to your account.

On the home page of Crypto.com, you’ll see a “Trade” button.

To convert crypto on Crypto.com, you need to sell your crypto for another crypto (e.g. BTC for CRO).

To start buying, selling, or converting crypto, tap on “Trade”.

2. Tap on “Sell”

After you’ve tapped on “Trade”, you’ll be given a couple of options.

This includes “Buy” and “Sell”.

There isn’t a “Convert” option, but you can convert crypto by selling them.

Hence, tap on “Sell” to start converting a cryptocurrency on Crypto.com.

3. Select the crypto that you want to convert

After you’ve tapped on “Sell”, you’ll see a list of cryptocurrencies that you own.

Now, you need to select the cryptocurrency that you want to convert.

For example, if you want to convert Bitcoin to another cryptocurrency, select “Bitcoin”.

On the other hand, if you want to convert CRO, select “CRO”.

You can also use the search function to find the cryptocurrency that you want to convert.

4. Select the crypto that you want to convert to

After you’ve selected the cryptocurrency that you want to convert, you’ll land on the selling page.

If you’ve set up your fiat wallet, you’ll see a couple of tabs including “Crypto Wallet” and “Fiat Wallet”.

Since you’re looking to convert crypto, tap on “Crypto Wallet”.

Secondly, you need to enter the amount of crypto that you want to convert.

For example, if you want to convert 0.0001 BTC, enter “0.0001”.

Thirdly, select the crypto that you want to convert to.

For example, if you want to convert BTC to CRO, select “CRO”.

The amount of CRO you’ll get will then be shown above the amount of Bitcoin that you’re converting (e.g. 7.6 CRO).

Lastly, tap on “Sell” to convert the cryptocurrency to another cryptocurrency (e.g. BTC to CRO).

5. Confirm the conversion

After you’ve tapped on “Sell”, you’ll land on the “Confirm Sell” page.

On the page, you’ll see the amount, rate, fee, method, and total cost of the sale.

Make sure that the “Crypto Wallet” method is selected and not “Fiat Wallet”.

If everything checks out, tap on “Confirm” to confirm the conversion.

6. Enter your passcode

After you’ve tapped on “Confirm”, you’ll need to enter your passcode.

Every transaction you make on Crypto.com requires you to enter your passcode.

Hence, you need to enter your passcode to complete the conversion.

7. Tap anywhere to continue

After you’ve entered your passcode, you’ll land on the “Completed” page.

The page will state the amount of crypto that you’ve sold (e.g. 0.0001 BTC).

This means that you’ve converted 0.0001 BTC in total.

Tap anywhere on your screen to continue.

8. Check the crypto that you’ve just converted to

Now, you need to check the crypto that you’ve just converted to.

To begin with, tap on “Accounts” on the bottom navigation bar of the Crypto.com app.

This will open the “Accounts” page where you can see your wallets.

Since you’re looking to check the crypto that you’ve just converted to, select “Crypto Wallet”.

Then, select the crypto that you’ve just converted to.

For example, if you’ve just converted BTC to CRO, select “Crypto.com Coin”.

9. You’ve successfully converted crypto on Crypto.com

After you’ve selected the crypto that you’ve just converted to, you’ll land on its wallet.

For example, if you’ve selected “Crypto.com Coin”, you’ll land on your CRO wallet.

To see your conversion history, scroll down to the bottom of your wallet.

If you’ve converted BTC to CRO, you’ll see “BTC → CRO”.
