The Crumbling Hekma location in Diablo 4 is at Kehjistan, Omath’s Redoubt.
To unlock the dungeon, you need to conquer Omath’s Redoubt Stronghold.

- Conquer Omath’s Redoubt Stronghold at Kehjistan.
- After you’ve conquered the stronghold, the dungeon will be unlocked.
After you’ve completed the dungeon, you’ll be rewarded with the Aspect of Splintering Energy.
