The Deckhand’s Toolbox Key location is inside a boat at the extreme south of the map.

Once you’re there, look towards the island, dive in the water, go inside the boat, and turn left.

After you’ve turned left, you’ll see a locked toolbox.

The key can be obtained from enemy AI drops, the HVT contract, and loot containers.
