To fix “DirectX 12 is not supported on your system” in InZOI, you can try modifying the game’s launch options to run in dx11.

You must also update your graphics card (Nvidia/AMD) and Windows to the latest version.

Fix 1: Try running the game in dx11

  1. Navigate to your Steam library.
  2. Right-click InZoi > Properties > Launch Options.
  3. Type “-dx11” and try launching the game (without quotation marks).
    • If the game still crashes, type “-d3d12” instead and launch the game.
    • If the game still crashes, type “-dx12” instead and launch the game.
    • If the game still crashes, type “-windowed” instead and launch the game.
    • If the game still crashes, leave the launch options empty and launch the game.
