How to Fix Discord Loot Boxes Not Showing

Discord loot boxes are a limited time event that is available on Discord.

The event is specifically for April Fools day on April 1st—which is meant to be a prank.

Discord released a 17-second trailer about loot boxes on their YouTube channel.

The trailer managed to hit 1 billion views in 24 hours because they embedded it into the Discord app.

However, some users are reporting that they are unable to view loot boxes.

In this guide, you’ll learn how to fix Discord loot boxes not showing or not working on the mobile or desktop app.

How to Fix Discord Loot Boxes Not Showing

To fix Discord loot boxes not showing, you need to click on the official loot boxes link on a computer and use the browser version of Discord.

Loot boxes will not show up on the Discord mobile or desktop app because it is not supported.

Here’s how to fix Discord loot boxes not showing:

  1. Use a computer and open a browser like Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
  2. Click on this link: https://dis.gd/lootboxes.
  3. Select “Continue in browser” if you’re prompted to.
  4. Log in to your Discord account.
  5. You’ll land on the loot boxes page!

You have an 11% chance of obtaining all rewards.
