Ethan (h3h3productions) was banned from Twitter after a change in Twitter’s Terms of Service (more below).
Why did Ethan Klein get banned from Twitter?

Ethan Klein was banned from Twitter after he impersonated Elon Musk.
Here’s the tweet that got him banned, “Even though Jeffery Epstein committed horrible crimes, I still do miss him on nights like this for his warmth and comradery. Rest in peace, old friend”.
He changed his name to “Elon Musk” without specifying that it was a parody next to his name.
His Twitter account, https://twitter.com/h3h3productions, is now unavailable.
After Elon Musk’s acquisition of Twitter, he changed its Terms of Services.
The new ToS will suspend any Twitter handles that impersonate others without specifying “parody”.
Accounts that violate the policy are the ones that use language that contradicts the required profile language (e.g. Official).
Accounts that attempt to hide the required profile language through long account names or specialized fonts also violate the policy.
Ethan responded to the ban by saying “Comedy is dead on Twitter” and “I’m glad it’s over. I can finally rest”.
