In this guide, you’ll learn how to find the left and right eye in Diablo 4 (part of the Wrack & Ruin quest).

How to Find the Left and Right Eye in Diablo 4

The right eye is located east of the temple and you need to search the cultist’s corpse on top of the stairs.

The left eye is located north at a campsite with serpents where you’ll have to talk to the dying bandit.

Here’s how to do this (expand the screenshots above):

  1. Town: Northwest of the circle.
  2. Temple: Northwest of the circle.
  3. Right Eye: East of the temple, search the cultist’s corpse on top of the stairs.
  4. Left Eye: North at a campsite with serpents.
  5. Slay the serpents: Defeat the serpents.
  6. Speak with the survivor: Talk to the dying bandit.
  7. Return the right and left eye: Go back to the temple and place the eyes on the door.

After you’ve placed the right and left eye on the temple’s door, the quest will be completed.

Now, your next objective is to search the slithering dark.
