How to Get Smoldering Embers in God Of War Ragnarok

To get Smoldering Embers in God Of War Ragnarok, you need to unlock Muspelheim.

After you’ve unlocked Muspelheim, complete the trials in The Crucible and loot the chests.

They can be used to upgrade certain equipment like the Risen Snow Breastplate, Surtr’s Scorched Cuirass, etc.

Here’s how to get Smoldering Embers:

  1. Unlock Muspelheim by following the main quests to obtain two Muspelheim Seed halves.
  2. Go to Muspelheim and complete the trials (Weapon Mastery, Flawless Ring, Out Challenge, Feed the Rift, Population Control, and King of the Hill).

After you’ve completed a trial (e.g. Weapon Mastery), loot the chest and you’ll get various loot.

Items in the chest are Smoldering Embers, Asgardian Ingot, and others.
