How to Open The Oarsmen Nornir Chest in God Of War Ragnarok

To open The Oarsmen Nornir Chest in God Of War Ragnarok, you need to hit the R, C, and N Runes respectively.

After you’ve hit all 3 Runes with the Leviathan Axe, the Nornir Chest will be unlocked.

Here’s how to open the chest (expand the screenshots above):

  1. Go around the puzzle by going up the raised platform to the left of the chest and scale a wall on the right.
  2. Make your way around, open the door, and Sonic Blast the debris from the inside.
  3. Hit the R, C, and N Runes respectively to unlock the chest.

Tip: If you can’t hit the Runes in time, you can extend the puzzle timing by going to Settings > Accessibility > Puzzle Timing > Extended Plus.

The chest contains a Horn of the Blood Mead.

You need to collect x Horn of the Blood Mead to increase your maximum Rage.
