How to Find the Ice Onion in Pikmin 4
To find the Ice Onion in Pikmin 4, you need go to unlock and go to Hero’s Hideaway (fourth area).
Once you’re there, stand on the drone elevator to go to the countertop and enter the cave surrounded by fire.
To enter the cave, you need to buy fire-resistant upgrades from the hub.
Complete all of the levels and you’ll exit from a different cave and stand on the drone elevator to reach the Ice Onion.
Here’s how to do this (expand the screenshots above):
- Go to Hero’s Hideaway (fourth area).
- Stand on the drone elevator to go to the countertop and enter the cave surrounded by fire.
- Complete all of the levels and you’ll exit from a different cave and stand on the drone elevator to reach the Ice Onion.
Do note that you need to get heat resistance to enter the cave.
Ice Pikmin can freeze enemies and float in water.
