How to Find the Purple Onion in Pikmin 4
To find the Purple Onion in Pikmin 4, you need to complete all of Olimar’s Shipwreck Tale missions.
After that, enter the “Trial of the Sage Leaf” area and complete the final story (The Purple Key).
Here’s how to do this (expand the screenshots above):
- Find Olimar in Hero’s Hideaway and reach the first ending.
- Complete all of Olimar’s Shipwreck Tale missions.
- Enter the “Trial of the Sage Leaf” area and complete the first nine stories.
- Complete “Final Story: The Purple Key” to find the Purple Onion.
In the challenge, avoid the Waterwraith on wheels and max out Oatchi to carry the Purple Onion.
After you’ve completed the final story, you’ll find the purple onion.
