To use Mimir as a weapon in God Of War Ragnarok, you need to complete the game/main story (The Realms at War).

After you’ve completed the game, go to a nearby shop, and craft “Huldra Project #9”.

Here’s the full process (expand the screenshots above):

  1. Complete the game/main story (The Realms at War).
  2. Go to a nearby shop (e.g. Sindri’s House).
  3. Special Items > Relics > Huldra Project #9 > Craft > Equip.
  4. To use Mimir, press “L1 + O”.

Huldra Project #9 costs 10,000 Hacksilver to craft and it has a 221-second cooldown.

Here’s its description, “Turn Mimir’s discomfort into a Bifrost blast against nearby enemies”.
