During that period, you’ll be eligible for Twitch drops.

If you’ve already claimed the Beta Access Pass on Twitch but the Overwatch 2 Beta option is still not showing up or not working, continue reading to learn how to fix it.

Why is my Overwatch 2 Beta not showing up?

Overwatch 2 Beta not working

Your Overwatch 2 Beta is not showing up either because you haven’t been invited for it or you don’t have a copy of Overwatch 1.

You can either get invited to the beta access by opting in for it or claiming the “OW2 PVP Beta Access” loot drop from Twitch.

According to Overwatch’s official website, you need a copy of Overwatch 1 to play in the 1st Closed Beta.

If you’re invited to the beta access by email, you need to claim it before you can have the “Overwatch 2 Tech Beta” option.

If you’re invited to the beta access from an “OW2 PVP Beta Access” loot drop, you need to claim it too.

You also need to connect your Twitch account to your Battle.net account.

In some cases, the beta option might not show up because of a bug/glitch.

How to fix Overwatch 2 Beta not showing up

To fix Overwatch 2 Beta not showing up, you first need to ensure that you have the Overwatch 2 Beta access.

If you have it, open the Battle.net settings, switch to Beta, and restart Battle.net.

After you’ve switched to Beta, you should be able to see the “Overwatch 2 Tech Beta” option.

Keep in mind that you need to have a copy of Overwatch 1 to play in the 1st Closed Beta.

If you don’t have a copy of Overwatch 1, you won’t have the option to play the Overwatch 2 Beta even if you were invited for it.
