To get preorder bonus items in Diablo 4, you need to progress the story until the start of Act 4 and talk to Stable Master Oskar.
After you’ve talked to him, you’ll have access to your preorder bonus items like mounts, mount armor, and more.
- Progress the story until the start of Act 4.
- Talk to Stable Master Oskar in Kyovashad Stables.
- Select “I’m a friend of Donan’s. He said you could provide a horse”.
- Interact with Oskar again to access your preorder bonus items.
You can get different mounts later in the game by buying them using gold from a Stable Master.
