Resident Evil Requiem Sterilization Chamber Safe Code
Code: Right 10 → Left 90 → Right 20
(On Insanity difficulty: Left 80 → Right 50 → Left 0)
Location: The safe is found on the northeast wall inside a cabinet in the Sterilization Chamber, located in the ARK facility (an endgame area). Watch out for the Lickers patrolling the room.
Solution: The safe code file is found in Bioweapon Repository 05. After coming down the stairs to enter the room, turn right and you’ll find the code on top of a crate. Spin the dial right until you hit 10, then left until you hit 90, and finally right until you hit 20. Wait until you complete all 3 dial turns before attempting to open the safe (pulling the handle early will reset your input). The reward is a Molotov Cocktail, a Med Injector, and 15 Handgun Ammo.
