How to Find Song ID on Roblox

Roblox music codes/song IDs can be used in a game that has gear that allows you to play music.

An example of a gear is the golden boombox.

There is also gear in Roblox that you can buy from the shop.

Once you’re in the game, click on the gear and a GUI will open.

Now, you need to paste the music or song ID and click on “Play”.

For example, if the URL is “https://www.roblox.com/library/212102642/Trap-Beat”, you need to copy “212102642”.

By copying the song ID, you can paste it into a boombox to play it.

Keep in mind that you have to use the desktop version of Roblox for this.

You cannot use the Roblox mobile app to find and copy music codes or song IDs because it does not have a URL field.

4. Search for the song

After you’ve clicked on “Audio” on the left sidebar, you’ll land on the audio page.

On the page, you’ll see a list of audios/songs/music on Roblox.

Now, you need to search for the song that you want to copy the ID from.

To do this, type the song on the search bar and click on “Search”.

For example, if you want to copy the ID for “Never gonna give you up”, search for “Never gonna give you up” on the search bar.

Lastly, select the music/song that you want to copy the ID from.

But before you do, preview the song first by clicking on the play button.

5. Copy the Roblox song ID

After you’ve selected the song that you want to copy the ID from, you’ll land on the song’s page.

On the page, you’ll see details about the song.

This includes the audio type, genres, last updated, and description.

Now, you’ll be able to copy the song’s ID.

To do so, highlight the number on the URL.

Let’s say that the URL is, “https://www.roblox.com/library/212102642/Trap-Beat”.

If so, you need to copy “212102642” by highlighting it and pressing “CTRL + C” on your keyboard.
