- Teleport to the waypoint in Devantaka Mountain.
- Go into the cave entrance and navigate to the submerged cave.
- Find the 2 Seelies (the first one is in the middle of the river and the second one is near a staircase) and follow them to unlock the mechanism.
- Lower the water level by activating the mechanism.
- Go inside the cave and open the door by playing the “Rhythm of Vamadha” using the Vintage Lyre.
- Summon the Dendrograna, switch to an archer, and hit the targets.
- Apply Dendro to the monuments.
- Activate the mechanism again.
- Investigate the mechanical component.
Note: If you’re trying to jump higher using the mushroom (to follow the Seelie), you can apply electro to it.
After you’ve investigated the mechanical component, the quest will be completed.

Now, you’ll obtain an Amiti Device Fragment (II) and a Strange Parchment.
