Rust Philly is a Hyena with red hair riding a plane.
It attacks while flying and shoots an orange orb at you.
It spawns around the south of Base Zero, but it can roam further than that.
You can find Philly by walking around the south of Base Zero.
It can be found flying above the ground there.
There are no other monsters roaming in the same area.
If you still can’t find it, try changing your channel to a less crowded one as other players might already have defeated it.
Philly is quite difficult to defeat because it has high HP and armor.
After you’ve defeated it, you’ll get the “Rust Philly” achievement.
It drops items like “Caviar” which can be used to create certain recipes in the game.
