To get the Scarlet Sand Slate in Genshin Impact, you need to activate all of the mechanisms to open all of the doors and explore the areas.
When the cutscene ends, go to the upper floor, talk to the strange machine, go back to the lower floor and talk to Jebrael and Tirzad to get the gadget.
Here are 11 steps to do this:
- Go to Aaru Village and talk to Bonifaz to start the “Golden Slumber” side quest.
- Follow the quest markers and instructions until you reach inside the pyramid.
- Use Anemo Elemental to unlock the mechanism, activate it, and proceed forward.
- Defeat the enemies, open the door, and proceed forward.
- Go to the top left corner of the room and activate the mechanism to go down.
- Use Amber and use the bow to activate all 4 torches.
- Use Raiden’s Eletro to the Tri-Lakasha seed to reveal the hidden torch.
- Activate the mechanism to open the multiple doors and proceed forward.
- Walk down the stairs, pick up the object on the ground, and continue forward to start the cutscene.
- Activate the mechanism to go to the upper floor, talk to the strange machine, and go back to the lower floor.
- Talk to Jebrael, talk to Tirzad, and you’ll receive the Scarlet Sand Slate gadget.
The activated Scarlet Sand Slate gadget gives you clearance that allows you to control various devices within the ruins King Deshret left behind.
You can follow the slate’s guidance and use special clearance to unlock certain devices.
