To see who sent you messages in NGL, you need to pay for the subscription.

1. View a message
Firstly, open the NGL app and go to your inbox.
You’ll need to receive messages to view them.
If you don’t have any messages, you need to share your NGL link on your Instagram story first.
Once you’ve received some messages, tap on one of them to view it.
2. Tap on “Who sent this”
After you’ve tapped on a message, you’ll be able to see it.
Now, you’ll have two options.
This includes “Who sent this” and an option to reply to the message.
Tap on “Who sent this” if you want to see a hint.
3. Tap on “Unlock”
After you’ve tapped on “Who sent this”, you’ll be prompted to subscribe.
The subscription costs about $10 USD per week.
It will give you a hint on who sent you the message.
Tap on “Unlock” to subscribe to NGL.
4. See the hint
After you’ve subscribed and tapped on “Who sent this”, you’ll see a hint of who sent you the message.
This includes the location, time, device, and ID of the person who sent you the message.
It does not reveal the person’s Instagram username.
