To fix the sound not working or audio issue in Umamusume: Pretty Derby, try enabling or disabling spatial sound.
You can also try disabling headphone services, setting in-game sound to 100%, or setting your default sound device properly.
Fix 1: Enable/disable spatial sound
- Search for “Sound settings” using Windows Search and select it.
- Scroll down to “Advanced” and select “More sound settings”.
- Select the “Playback” tab, right-click your default sound device (e.g. Speakers).
- Select “Properties” and select “Spatial sound”.
- Select the dropdown box and set it to “Windows Sonic for Headphones”.
- Apply > OK.

- Select the sound output icon and select the souynd device you’re using for the game.
