To open The Southern Wilds Legendary Chest in God Of War Ragnarok, you need to go to the ruined marketplace in The Southern Wilds.
Once you’re there, go to the corner that leads to the next area and walk towards some tree roots.
Lastly, enter the tunnel next to the tree roots and loot the chest inside of it.

- Enter the tunnel and loot the legendary chest inside of it.
The chest contains a Light Runic Attack called “Wrath of the Frost”.
