- Talk to Loumelat.
- Select “I’d like to buy some fishing supplies”.
- Exchange “Formula: Sugardew Bait”.
- Teleport to “Sea of Clouds, Liyue”.
- Interact with a crafting bench.
- Select “Sugardew Bait”.
- Select “Craft”.
To craft Sugardew Bait, you need 1 Harra Fruit + 1 Sumeru Rose.
You can find Harra Fruit near the Palace of Alcazarzaray, Devantaka Mountain, Vimara Village, and Gandharva Ville.
Devantaka Mountain is the easiest location to find Harra Fruit.
Sumeru Rose can be found all around Sumeru.
After you’ve selected “Craft”, you’ll obtain Sugardew Bait.
Here’s its description, “The bait is based on rose dew and has been mixed with sun-dried Harra Fruit powder.
