- Go to Aaru Village.
- Talk to “Sabbah”.
- Switch to “Collei”.
- Press “E” and “Q” to apply Dendro to the seeds.
Here’s the conversation after you’ve applied Dendro to the seeds:
“Can you wield Dendro? Are you someone with a Vision?”.
“I haven’t met anyone like that in a long time. What a nostalgic feeling…”.
“It should be fine now, right, Miss Sabbah?”.

“Gradually, sprouts begin to peek out of the soil”.
