How to Fix Ubisoft Store Not Loading

To fix Ubisoft not loading, try running the app as an administrator or cleaning its cache files.

You can also try changing your password or reinstalling the Ubisoft Connect app.

Fix 1: Run Ubisoft as an administrator

  1. Right-click the “Ubisoft Connect” app and select “Open file location”.
  2. Right-click “UbisoftConnect.exe” and select “Properties”.
  3. Select “Compatibility” and tick “Run this program in compatibility mode for Windows 8”.
  4. Tick “Run this program as an administrator” > Apply > OK.

Fix 2: Clear Ubisoft Connect’s cache files

  1. Open the Ubisoft Connect app, log out of your account, and close the app.
  2. Search for “Run” using Windows Search and open it.
  3. Search for “%localappdata%” and run it.
  4. Delete the “Ubisoft Game Launcher” folder.

Fix 3: Change your password

  1. Go to ubisoftconnect.com and log in to your account.
  2. Click on the profile icon and select “Account Management”.
  3. Select “Security” and select “Change” next to “Password”.
  4. Change your Ubisoft password.

Fix 4: Reinstall Ubisoft

  1. Search for “Control Panel” using Windows Seach and open it.
  2. Select “Uninstall a program” and right-click “Ubisoft Connect”.
  3. Uninstall/Change > Yes > Next > Uninstall.
  4. Reinstall Ubisoft Connect here: ubisoftconnect.com.
