He wears shoulder guards, gloves, and black pants.

He can be found southeast of Rusty Belt.

Udian can be seen walking on a path.

You can find a Razor Elite roaming around in the same area.

You can also see a Headhunter Elite in front camping in a fire.

Udian is quite difficult to defeat because he has high HP and armor.

After you’ve defeated him, you’ll get the “Udian the Masked” achievement.
