Fix 1: Access your camera then select the photo icon

  2. Tap on the camera icon to access your camera.
  3. Tap on the photo icon while on your camera.
  4. Select the photo/video you want to send and send it!

  1. Open Messenger and navigate to the chat you want to send a photo/video to.
  2. Tap on the photos icon to access your gallery.
  3. If it’s empty, tap on the Google Photos icon instead.
  4. Select the photo/video you want to send and send it!
