To find the Used Medical Wrap Kit in WoW Dragonflight, you need to go to 59.13, 73.17.
Once you’re there, open the box on the right of the rug and cage by the Campfire.

- Open the box near the rug and campfire.
After you’ve opened the box, you’ll get a Used Medical Wrap Kit.
When you study it, it’ll increase your Dragon Isles Tailoring Knowledge by 3.
